2002 BMW M3
The 2002 BMW M3 came in as mostly the same as the 2001 model, still available
in two trims such as the coupe and the convertible. However, this year's M3 sports
a new and improved 3.2 Liter engines that have an increase horsepower from 240
to 333. Powertrain on both the coupe and convertible was paired by a standard
six-speed manual transmission and the automatics are not available even as option.

This year's M3 will give you an extra mile when it comes to features and equipments.
The convertible comes with a standard Nappa leather seats while the coupe could
have it optional. Standard features for both rims include huge ventilated disc
brakes with ABS and traction and stability with stylish electronic control. For
safety, standard equipments such as two-stage front airbags, side air bags located
at the door, inflating tubular head protection system and tire-pressure monitoring
system. An in-dash CD player also comes standard as an entertainment feat.
Aside from these attractive standard features, the 2002 M3 also offered plenty
of sophisticated options such as side-impact airbags for rear seats, Xenon high-intensity
discharge headlights and navigation system. There were also additional options
for the coupe such as power moonroof and power front seats. The sequential M gearbox
and a cold weather package that includes heated front seats, headlight washers
and ski bag is also available as option.
