The 1995 BMW M3 comes in two trims, the coupe and the lightweight. It has a dimension that includes a wheelbase that measures 106.3", an overall length of 174.5" and curb weight of 3,180 lbs. This vehicle can haul up to 5 passengers and 9 cu. ft of cargo. A 3.0 Liter Inline-6 engine that generated 240 horsepower and 225 ft-lb of torque powers it. This powertrain was paired by a standard 5-speed manual transmission with overdrive while the coupe still offered a 5-speed automatic transmission with overdrive as option. Fuel economy data for the lightweight includes a 19.0-mpg in city and 27.0 mpg in highway driving while the coupe has 19 mpg in city and 27-28 mpg in highway driving.

The '95 M3 also offers features that include cruise/speed control, power sunroof, power driver seats, power windows, power door locks, leather seats and air conditioning.
